If you have any allergies to MRI contrast and your physician has ordered an exam with IV contrast, please alert the staff prior to your exam so premedication can be prescribed prior to your study.
For some MRI exams you will be asked to have nothing to eat or drink for 4 hours prior to the exam. Water is permitted to take any required daily medications. If your exam requires this you will be given these instructions prior to your appointment.
