Valley Regional Imaging has selected Zotec Partners to handle online bill payments. Simply click “Pay Your Bill Online” to pay your bill by credit card using our safe and secure payment portal. Please note that you will need the account number that is printed on the left section of the statement and date of birth to view your bill. Valley Regional Imaging accepts all major credit cards for payment. How can I obtain an itemized statement?

Itemized statements are available online at www.mydocbill.com/VRI (account number required), by contacting the billing customer service line at 866.327.3458, or by calling our facility directly.

How can I pay my bill?

All standard forms of payment are accepted, including cash, check, and major credit cards.

1. Pay online - To pay online by credit card, go to www.mydocbill.com/VRI.  

Note:  CareCredit is not available for online payments; however, you can call our facility directly at (910)323-2209 to make payments with your CareCredit card. 

2. Pay over the phone - To pay by credit card over the phone on our automated system, please call billing at 866-327-3458. 

3. Pay with cash or check - Payments may be paid with cash or check in the office at Valley Regional Imaging or you can mail your payment to:

Why did my insurance pay only a part of my bill?

Most insurance plans require that you pay a co-payment, coinsurance or deductible for your health care expenses. Contact your insurance company for specific information about your coverage.

Why did I receive two separate bills for the same date of service?

In most cases, the facility is required to bill separately from the radiologist or cardiologist that reads the images. You may receive a bill for the technical component (performing the imaging procedure) from Valley Regional Imaging (VRI) and also a bill for the professional component (reading of the images) from Valley Radiology (VR) or Cape Fear Cardiology.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, a payment plan may be arranged by contacting patient billing customer service at 866.327.3458.
