Valley Regional Imaging is a very clean and beautiful facility. I had an appointment upstairs at the breast center. There were warm lights, and beautiful chandeliers. There was also an in wall unit waterfall in the waiting room. Very friendly service, and great staff to walk you through the process of whichever test you are taking. I had my first mammogram and I was petrified from the horror stories I have heard. The staff was very understanding, walked me through the process and was also very kind. I highly recommend this facility. Blessings everyone!!

I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist and processed through the billing department. I had no longer finished with billing, when I was called for my procedure. I was out the door at 11:08. I cannot say enough good things about these people. Friendly and Professional. Thank You for a pleasant experience.

I love going because I’m in and out in a great timely fashion. When I ask medical records for copies. She has it’s ready in a day or two a no problem. When I make a appointment I ask for a early morning. I get it with in days of a request. Even when I walk-in they take the time to help me. No pushing me away and I get a smiling. It’s clean upstairs and downstairs. I miss the hot cookies and coffee and tea. Even with the pandemic happened it made me feel safe. Cleanliness at all times knowing everyone needed to feel safe.

The staff was so nice. This was my first time getting a mammogram and they really eased my stress level. The lady who took the picture was very gentle, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. To top it off, my wait time was not long. It was a very quick process. Thank you so much for making my first mammogram experience a good one.
